Altus oversees business operations such as sales and consultancy project management, complimenting extensive experience in design and construction management across commercial, retail & healthcare sectors. Altus has previously led a dedicated in house design and construction team, successfully delivering over 250 projects nationwide. His portfolio includes a strong focus in dental, medical and veterinary facilities where he has consistently driven high quality outcomes tailored to the operational and compliance needs of clinical environments. With comprehensive expertise in managing projects from initial client engagement through to contract staging and final handover, Altus ensures a structured, transparent, and outcomes driven approach. At 1803, Altus will continue to lead with a focus on strategic partnerships and client relations for seamless integrated projects.

Josh brings over a decade of construction experience and a hands on, solution focused approach to his role. With a strong foundation in both site operations and client management, he ensures every project is delivered with efficiency. After completing his carpentry apprenticeship in 2015, Josh supervised residential renovations and extensions before transitioning into the healthcare fitout sector in 2017. Over the past eight years, he has progressed from Site Supervisor to Construction Manager, leading the successful delivery of complex healthcare & commercial projects. Josh is highly skilled in coordinating schedules, managing subcontractors, and aligning design with on-site execution while keeping projects on schedule, on budget, and to a high standard. His calm, communicative style builds trust with clients and suppliers alike, ensuring a smooth process. A key driver of project success, Josh continues to uphold 1803 Projects’ reputation for quality and reliability across all avenues.

Rob commits to delivering each project to the highest standard, with a focus on precision, strict adherence to timelines, and consistent communication across stakeholders from office to site. Rob began his career in residential construction, where he spent six years refining his technical skill set before transitioning into high end commercial fit outs, specialising in Dental, Veterinary, and Medical projects. With over nine years of hands on industry experience, including the past three as a dedicated Construction Manager, Rob has developed a direct understanding of project delivery across a wide range of scopes. His expertise in site coordination, contractor management, and client engagement positions him as a highly capable and solutions focused leader, ensuring every project is executed seamlessly from start to finish.
